These less than legit Tape Kingz copies were hissy 2nd or 3rd generation UK versions of tapes made available through Fat Beats, Bobbitos Footwork and a handful of other key stores around the time in New York City. Far away from the Brooklyn based Tape Kingz mixtape HQ on Flatbush Avenue, these recordings were [thankfully] bootied during the 90s by opportunistic record store owners & staff, and were a lifeline for many outside NY at the time. As ever, Lord Sear steals the show with Powerule on Freestyle/ Crunchtime session towards the end but the banter with Stretch and Powerule is jokes.
